Good Buds

Good buds, Tristan “Raptor” Ligtvoet and Josh “Viper” Shamassian, are feeling really good after their blue belt test in October of 2009, especially having done an excellent job. Both young men are eleven years old and quickly becoming skilled martial artists. These “Good Buds” are not only wonderful athletes, they are exceptional individuals, a tribute to their parents.
