Meet the Ligtvoet family! From left to right are Mr. and Mrs. Ligtvoet, Tristan [aka “Raptor”] and little brother, Aidan. This photo was taken at the KIA’s 30th Anniversary Celebration. The Ligtvoets were looking for a karate studio for Tristan and Mrs. Ligtvoet, who just happened to be training with a guy named Paul “Tron” Daniels {sound familiar?}, who referred the family to the Karate Institute of America. Thanks, Tron! Tristan is a great student, and at 11 years of age he’s already kicking Mr. King around the studio! Thanks, folks. We love having you as part of our KIA family!
