Leaders, Slaves & Prey

The last two years of the COVID-19 pandemic (2020 & 2021) revealed to the world how power hungry many elected officials can be. Mayors, governors, unelected bureaucratic swamp creatures and so-called leaders of the highest order in governments around the world exposed themselves as the tyrants they truly are. Their goal: to seek out human prey and enslave them—at all cost, so they, the elites, can rule the world from the imaginary thrones their counterfeit fiefdoms.

Sadly, far too many people acquiesced to tyrannical edicts and mandates—not actual laws but unconstitutional decrees, backed up and sadly enforced by some over-zealous law enforcement agencies and personnel.

Dead center of the COVID-19 lockdowns is the issue of personal freedom and individual sovereignty. The out of control egos of many leaders squashed the divine rights of human beings, all the while allowing the destructive and hate-filled actions of the lawless herd to run wild, burning down statues, buildings, businesses and even killing people. It has been a dark time for the world and the United States, a dark time that should shake freedom-loving souls to their core—and to awaken them as to the possibility of forever losing their precious freedom and sovereignty.

To be sure, and not to hyperbolize, the reality of freedom is under attack like never before and to think that just because many fortunate countries have been free does not mean they will always remain so.

Kristi Noem—the dynamic, conservative, common sense and highly successful Governor of South Dakota—commented on the dangers of allowing tyrants to enslave the masses. At the National Rifle Association Convention (NRA) on 27 May 2022, she shared two extremely powerful quotes from two of America’s true leaders regarding the right and necessity of common folk to keep and bear arms via the 2nd Amendment of the United States Constitution. Noem’s full 20 minute speech is here:

The first quote is from George Mason—one of America’s Founding Fathers, who succinctly said:

To disarm the people is the most effectual way to enslave them.

In other words, disarmament = enslavement.

Mason’s statement is simple but profound. It rings true, and all one has to do is look at the countries, even democratic countries, that disallow their citizens the right to carry and bear arms. Tyrants do not want the masses to have the right to protect themselves because without firearms the tyrants could use their firearms to gain complete control and power over the masses—enslaving and subjugating them to the nth degree. To be sure, the right to own and possess firearms is absolutely requisite for individuals to live a life of freedom and independence sans governmental interference.

So how do we become slaves? Simple—by giving up our right to bear arms. How do we remain free? Simple—by never giving up our right to keep and bear arms.

Thomas Paine was a great American Revolutionary. He remarked …

While avarice and ambition have a place in the heart of man, the weak will become prey to the strong.

In other words, weakness = prey.

How true! How true! How absolutely true! The weak will always become prey to the strong. Those of us who practice martial arts thoroughly understand this truth. Bullies and tyrants will always make prey of those who refuse to protect themselves … and their families. Like it or not, this is the world we live in today and if individuals—singularly or en masse—refuse to protect themselves and learn to push back on the thugs of this world, then they (the masses) have no one to blame but themselves when they become the prey of thugs and tyrants and, thereby, become slaves by their own refusal to be strong and resistant to those dark forces that seek to enslave them.

The push of power-hungry individuals and organizations to enslave people in today’s world is at its zenith. At no time in American history, with the exception of the Revolutionary War, has the possibility of such a reality of enslavement become conceivable. We must all take to heart the words of George Mason and Thomas Paine and act to repel those tyrants and thugs who salivate to control their prey and enslave them, i.e., “us.” This is not a cartoon. This is reality and people en masse would be wise to wake up, pay attention, and fight against the dark and oppressive forces of tyranny.
